Great help

Knowledgeable and dedicated

We cannot speak highly enough of the team at Parker Lane. We have dealt with both Keely and Travis throughout our experience and both were unfaultable. We had an extremely tight time frame for settlement which at one point looked totally unachievable, however thanks to Travis' hard work and dedication we managed to get it in in time. His communication between us was fantastic, always being available to answer our questions (which there were a lot of) and spelling things out for us in a way that made the process a lot less stressful than it otherwise could have been. Their knowledge and advice throughout the entire process has been incredible and we would recommend them to anyone needing a home loan in the future.

Parker Lane have been excellent in helping us navigate our way for getting our mortgage, as we have very difficult circumstances and no other mortgage agents could help us.

Our morgage broker, Travis Tombs has done an amazing work on this. His knowledge of the industry and loan products, as well as dedication to helping find the right product that suits our needs is unparalled. In addition to this, his work ethics and willingness to set up the call at whatever time suit us is a reflection of him truly undertstanding his customer needs (as we have a big time zone diffrence). He chased up what was missing without any delay and ensured the correct information was provided and ensuring we always on track with the process, eventhough during his Christmas holiday. That kind of services is beyong our expectation.

We are very satisfy with everything that Parker Lane has done for us and very happy we could do the settlement this week. The team we work was exceptional and they also have great management support. I would definitely recommend to anyone !

Jules Melbourne Would not be a homeowner without them...

...and I'm not exaggerating. 
We had a difficult property to finance and we knocked on the door of Parker Lane after having TWO unsuccessful brokers tell us no lender will finance us for the property. We were a week from settlement, set to lose our deposit and up for huge interest penalties. 
Within ONE HOUR we were told by Keely, the company director, that she had found a product and a lender willing to finance the property. The process from there, which was once stressful and dire, became so streamlined and efficient. Travis worked with us tirelessly to get us approved and financed with a few weeks. He was professional, friendly, had great attention to detail, knew the product and the application process really well and was extremely easy to deal with. 
We settled on the house two days ago. Beyond excited and relieved, Parker Lane made it possible for us to own our first home.

If I could give 10/5 I would!

Couldn't be happier with this service. We got a Green Loan brokered through Parker Lane for solar power. The whole process was efficient, friendly and well thought out. 

The standout was our personal lending specialist, Tomas. Knew his stuff, really engaging, friendly and on the ball. He listened to our needs, provide a summary of our options, and talked us through the best solution for our home. From there he managed the process of application, contract issue and signing off. He was available for any questions by phone or email, and has a really casual, cool rapport. 

Overall I'll say again, couldn't be happier with Tomas and Parker Lane. From start to finish it was about 2 weeks, and we have a top notch solar system, with a loan that really works in our favour. Thanks again!
